The Philadelphia Energy Authority (“PEA”) in conjunction with the Philadelphia Water Department (“PWD”) invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Information (“RFI”) with information regarding methods for capturing energy from the waterways of the City of Philadelphia. PEA would like to determine which technology solutions and implementation best practices are feasible for open waterways as well as existing dam spillways and other existing infrastructure in Philadelphia.
