DESCRIPTION:The 9th Annual SEI Energy Briefing\nAttend this highly anticipated annual event to hear from leaders in the energy field. Industrial manufacturing\, data centers\, and other critical operation centers require continuous\, non-interruptible power. Learn about Pennoni’s approach to how onsite Co-Gen / MicroGrids with battery storage can deliver continuous energy resources to critical operations. \nMicah Gold-Markel (Founder; Solar States) – Philadelphia based installer of Residential\, Commercial Solar\, Powerwall and Educator; Certified B Corp\, Best For The World 2018\, 2019\, 2020 Honoree) will speak on the state of the local solar industry and how Solar States helps Philadelphia’s green economy through its investments in diversity\, free education while helping Philadelphians invest in renewable energy through the use of Federal Tax Credits\, Solarize Philadelphia\, SRECs. \nJeff Byers (Sr. Efficiency Program Manager\, PECO) – Jeff has been in the energy efficiency industry since 2010. As the Commercial & Industrial program manager for the PECO Smart Business Solutions program\, his primary responsibilities include managing and assisting in the development\, delivery and success of the PECO PA Act 129 Energy efficiency program. These duties include regular interaction with the evaluation team\, work with the marketing team\, monitoring\, tracking\, and providing the necessary program coordination with\, contracted CSP’s\, PECO customers\, PECO account management and multiple utility departments\, ensuring energy savings are achieved on time and within budget as required by PA Act 129. \n
