SUMMARY:Philly’s “Building Tune-up” Mandate - Using C-PACE to Achieve Compliance (Webinar)
DESCRIPTION:The City of Philadelphia will soon be implementing a new building energy performance law\, commonly known as “Building Tune-up.”  Philadelphia’s Office of Sustainability (OOS) is responsible for implementing and enforcing the new regulations. OOS’s Climate Advisor Zachary Greene will discuss the pathways for compliance. Dave Ferro\, Director of Energy Management Services for Pennoni will discuss achieving energy savings through building operations (Tune-up) and he will also share key strategies for improving building energy efficiency through capital investments.
