DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday August 14\, at 9am in the Mayor’s Reception Room\, City Hall\, Mayor Kenney will sign two bills which will expedite Philadelphia’s transition to clean energy. \n\nThe Solar Rebate\, that offers an incentive payment from the City for residential or commercial solar installation completed after July 1\, 2019 (averaging $1\,000 per home; up to a $500\,000 spending cap).\nCommercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) which allows commercial property owners to finance clean energy projects on their property tax bills.\n\nJoin Mayor Kenney\, PEA\, Councilman Green\, Councilwoman Reynolds Brown and Harold Epps of the Commerce Dept. \n \n
