You will learn about requirements for high performance pathways\, how to demonstrate that you are qualified for each pathway\, as well as tune-up exemption criteria. \nQualified Tune-Up Specialists\, as well as the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) will join this session and provide information on low-cost financing for high performance such as C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) and how existing programs can support building owners / managers in improving building performance. \n
