DESCRIPTION:The Philadelphia Water Department invites you to the Green City\, Clean Waters ‘A Decade in the Community’ celebration on Thursday\, October 21 from 4 – 7pm outside the Crane Arts Building and in the street along the 1400 Block of North American Street.
