SUMMARY:Financing Energy and Sustainability Investments: The Role of C-PACE Financing
DESCRIPTION:The conference will provide a forum for discussing recent trends and developments in financing investments in energy efficiency and sustainability for commercial real estate assets. Recent State/Federal legislation provides incentives for financing projects with energy efficiency and sustainability features that allow for a reduction of the overall project cost of capital while helping efforts in improving the environment\, public health and safety. C-PACE financing is an important new vehicle that enables such benefits.
