DESCRIPTION: \n  \n  \n  \nNOTICE OF APPROVAL AND AWARD OF GUARANTEED ENERGY SERVICES AGREEMENT BY THE PHILADELPHIA ENERGY AUTHORITY \nNotice is hereby given pursuant to provisions of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act of 1986\, July 3\, P.L.388 No. 84\, as amended\, and Guaranteed Energy Savings Act of May 10\, 1996\, P.L. 153\, No. 29\, Act 57 of 1998\, Act 77 of 2004\, Act 39 of 2010 and Act 163 of 2016 in Title 62\, Chapter 37\, Subchapter E\, that the Board of the Philadelphia Energy Authority will take action to approve a Guaranteed Energy Services Agreement with Johnson Controls\, Inc. at a special session to be held on Wednesday\, December 10\, 2025 at 4:30 P.M. The meeting will be held in PEA’s office at 30 S. 15th St.\, Suite 801\, Philadelphia\, PA 19102 and via Zoom. The Guaranteed Energy Services Agreement is for the implementation and evaluation of energy conservation capital improvements at the Philadelphia Water Department’s Southwest Water Pollution Control Plant (8200 Enterprise Ave.) and the Northeast Water Pollution Control Plant (3899 Richmond St.).
