Working in Business Development, you’ll be responsible for managing a territory (not geographically restricted) of existing and potential accounts. Manage existing business relationships, find new opportunities, develop new accounts, and winning opportunities will be the key roles of the business developer. You’ll be working with sales support members and the sales manager closely to assist in your success and assist in developing a book of business. Time will be split working in the office, in front of accounts, and working remotely. Overnight travel will be less than 5%.

Preferences include:

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in construction, energy, renewable energy, services, or relevant B2B industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• Eagerness to learn on the job and a passion for renewable energy

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in solar, construction, electrical, or roofing fields. This is a developmental role with an emphasis on training and learning on the job. They will also be geographically located close to or within our area of operations (NJ/NYC/SE PA, DE) and have the ability to traverse it unimpeded.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base salary + quarterly bonus based on goals + profit sharing based on performance
• 1st year earnings can range from $50,000-$80,000
