Job Description
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all programs offered by NEIF
- Process all payments and data maintenance in a timely manner
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure proper accrual
- Respond to all customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Perform all collections processes in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations
- Perform regular outbound collections calls per company policy
- Ensure that all account payoffs are processed in a timely manner
- Ensure that all legal documents for loan accounts are stored in an organized, secure manner
- Assist with daily and monthly reporting to both internal and external constituents
- Ability to work well with other departments to meet company goals
- Foster positive workplace environment while emulating company’s core values
- Mindful of NEIF’s mission to promote energy savings by increasing the affordability of energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements for consumers and businesses, and that loan volume translates to saved energy, which benefits both our communities and the environment
- Strive to reduce impact on environment while performing duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications include:
- BA degree or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-Oriented, Strategic Thinker
