The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp. (PGCC) seeks a professional to coordinate its new Solar For All (SFA) program which will provide solar access to low-income households in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties.
The Solar for All Coordinator will work across organizations and teams to support the successful development and implementation of the Solar For All (SFA) program in southeastern PA. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who loves the thrill of checking tasks off their to-do list and sees the connection between program operations and broader impact. Specific job responsibilities will include:
- Managing SFA digital presence on PGCC social media and web, drafting content for newsletters and relevant communications, liaising with marketing staff and consultants on Solar for All marketing/outreach events and deliverables
- Supporting stakeholder and community engagement through scheduling and logistical oversight of meetings/events/webinars with SFA Director and PEA program staff
- Responding to public or partner inquiries about Solar for All and how to access the program
- Completing data entry related to program administration in CRM and accounting software
- Maintaining clean databases of stakeholders, installers, partners, and others for communications
- Liaising with relevant program teams on data tracking and tracking specific projects/installations
- Supporting SFA Program Manager and Director with document organization and communication with outside parties during procurement processes
- Working with relevant PGCC and PEA staff, as well as partners, to compile data and supporting documentation for reporting and monitor grant costs
Qualifications:
Candidates with a majority, but not necessarily all, of the below qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with non-profit or government program coordination preferred
- Computer tech and web savvy with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, personal integrity, dependability, and adaptability
- Alignment with PGCC’s mission as demonstrated by an interest or experience in clean energy, climate change, environmental justice, social impact work, sustainability, economic development, poverty/equity work, or other area of aligned interest
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, with high emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a desire to work collaboratively
- Proficiency with the following technologies is preferred: MS Office, Salesforce, project management platforms, Canva and PowerPoint are plus
Salary & Benefits: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill set, with a target salary range of $55,000 – $65,000 per year. Benefits include (but are not limited to) a generous healthcare package, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to a screening interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with relevant staff, and a final interview with PGCC Leadership.
