Background:
The Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) and the Philadelphia Green Capital Corp (PGCC) are soliciting qualifications from insurance brokers qualified and licensed to provide professional brokerage and risk management services to PEA and PGCC. RFQ responses will be used to select a firm to assist PEA and PGCC in securing and managing comprehensive insurance coverage that meets contractual requirements and appropriately covers risks associated with business activities.

Submission Deadline:
Responses to this RFQ must be submitted through the RFQ submission form no later than 5pm on Wednesday, October 3, 2025. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered.
