PEA’s Program Manager, Alon Abramson will participate as a stakeholder during the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) National Study Visit with Philadelphia’s Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). He will provide insight and perspective to the Panel developing recommendations on strategies to effectively and equitably preserve the City’s Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) stock, as recommended in the 2018 Housing Action Plan.

The Panel’s final presentation will be on Thursday. This event is not open to the public.
