The Shades of Green Forum brings together a diverse group of representatives from the utility and energy sectors for a candid discussion about the state of diversity. This will be your opportunity to join conversations surrounding diversity issues of today and tomorrow with utilities, energy consultants, energy professionals of color, regulators and other stakeholders.

Forum attendees are encouraged to participate in thought-provoking  discussion such as “how to get a commitment from the energy and utility sectors to come to the table around diversity.” The second day of the conference features workshops where conference attendees will have an opportunity to apply information and insights garnered from the program sessions to facilitate conversations and leave with meaningful take-aways.

PEA’s Solar Manager, Laura Rigell will be speaking on a panel to discuss program implementation along with Steve Luxton, CEO/Executive Director of the Energy Coordinating Agency and Ted Trabue, Director of DC Sustainable Energy Utility. The panel will be moderated by Elizabeth Chant, Managing Consultant of Optimal Energy.
