The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking responses from qualified firms to support the development of a Climate Action Plan for the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD Metropolitan Statistical Area (“MSA”) (plus Mercer County, New Jersey) that will leverage and build upon the region’s existing climate, energy, and sustainability plans. This Climate Action Plan is being developed as part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program.

This Request for Qualifications will form the basis of a contract between DVRPC and the awarded vendor to complete all work for Regional Climate Action Planning Support Services.
