Opportunity Description
The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Sustainability (OOS) intends to complete a multi-phase study, planning process, and implementation of a plan that alleviates energy poverty in Philadelphia and ensures the long-term resiliency of the energy system and the communities it serves. Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), OOS seeks a Consultant—or Consultant team comprising multiple firms—that can support work in the following areas: Strategic planning and policy analysis; Project scoping and prioritization; Federal funding advising, grant writing, and grant management; Stakeholder engagement and facilitation; and Performance management and evaluation.
