Opportunity Description:
The Consultant will collaborate with the Office of Sustainability (OOS) to successfully implement two key buildings programs – Energy Benchmarking (Benchmarking) and the Building Energy Performance Policy (BEPP). The Consultant will lead (with OOS supporting) maintenance and updates to the covered buildings list for both programs, administration of technical assistance (TA) to relevant stakeholders, review of compliance materials, analysis of program-specific data, and interactions with Portfolio Manager. The Consultant will support (with the Office of Sustainability leading) communications to covered buildings and report drafting. OOS and the Consultant will share responsibility for updating websites and program resources. Also, the Consultant will support OOS in determining and implementing opportunities for streamlining and/or improving processes related to implementation of these programs.
