The Philadelphia Energy Authority and the City of Philadelphia are seeking a company to provide energy performance engineering (EPE) services and act as an owner’s representative for our Quadplex plus Health Facilities Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA) project.
The selected company will support PEA and the City through the selection, contracting, construction and post-construction phases of the GESA project and will serve as an owners representative to PEA and the City. More information can be found in the document linked below.
