The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP), from qualified consultants to provide planning and engineering services to support the implementation of strategic energy planning initiatives alongside PWD’s existing Energy Program. The selected consultant team will provide technical expertise in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resource recovery, to support the Department’s Utility-Wide Strategic Energy Plan. Further, the selected consultant(s) will provide data visualization, educational materials, and other communication tools to support the Department’s efforts to make informed, timely, practical, and cost-effective decisions about energy management.
