The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), on behalf of the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID), is seeking proposals from qualified lighting equipment manufacturers for product solutions and services to be utilized in a planned LED Street & Area Lighting Upgrade project at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
