The School District is seeking information from experienced solar renewable energy credit (S-REC) brokers regarding the marketing and sale of S-RECs generated by School District-owned solar arrays. The School District is interested in learning about the services available to support the identification and solicitation of qualified buyers, optimization of S-REC sale value through market analysis and negotiation, and management of related sales transactions. Potential services may include buyer outreach, market and pricing analysis, negotiation and execution of S-REC purchase and sale agreements, transaction administration, S-REC transfer coordination, recordkeeping, and reporting.
