Vice Chair Barrow of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission is seeking a policy analyst or attorney to join her staff. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience and knowledge of federal energy policy
- Familiarity with:
- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
- PJM Interconnection
- The interplay between wholesale energy markets and electric distribution ratemaking
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Work Schedule: 37.5-hour week
