PEA’s President and CEO, Emily Schapira will be a recognized honoree at the Women for Greater Philadelphia 2026 Women’s History Month annual event. Emily S. was nominated and chosen for her outstanding efforts in leading sustainability across economic, social justice, environmental and educational movements. She will be presented with a Women for Greater Philadelphia Award.

There will be a panel with three honorees answering questions from this years moderator, Dr. Jill Zinckgraf, who was the 2024 & 2025 Interim Executive Director of the National Women’s History Alliance. This time will also go to the audience who have any questions.
