We are seeking an equally passionate Solar Electrician to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist Electrician in the installation and repair of systems.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, inverters, PV panels or other components.
• Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Install conduit, pipe, or tubing on siding, inside walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or conductors.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
• Install GEC, including ground rods, according to NEC requirements.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
• Follow organization policies and procedures including OSHA requirements; Complete OSHA training as required.

Education/Experience

• Electrical and solar experience required.
• PV and/or Electrical Classroom completion preferred
• Ability to stay organized and excellent time management.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and team player attitude.
• Experience in reading blueprints, a tape measure and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
