The Philadelphia Energy Authority will hold a Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016 at 8:00 A.M, at City Hall, 1400 JFK Blvd., Room 566, Philadelphia, PA 19107. The purpose of this Special Board Meeting is to consider a change to the Board bylaws to allow for additional board members. The public is invited to attend.
