The Philadelphia Energy Authority will hold a Special Session, on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 2:00 P.M., at Philadelphia City Hall, 1400 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Room 576, Philadelphia, PA 19107. There is one agenda item, which is a resolution to approve the signing of agreements to launch Philadelphia Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy financing (“C-PACE”).
