The Philadelphia Energy Authority will hold a Special Session, on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10:30 A.M., at Philadelphia City Hall, 1400 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Room 566, Philadelphia, PA 19107. There is one agenda item, which is a resolution to approve the signing of agreements to launch Philadelphia Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy financing (“C-PACE”).
