How to Apply to Built To Last through One Philly Front Door
The Built to Last program is partnering with the City of Philadelphia’s One Philly Front Door (OPFD) housing service screening and application tool. Through this website, city residents can input their household characteristics and housing needs and get matched with any one of the city programs for which they qualify.

This will determine your preliminary eligibility for Built to Last and other housing programs available for Philadelphia residents. Read our step-by-step instructions to determine whether you meet program eligibility requirements and for guidance on how to submit your application.
If you meet the basic qualifications for Built to Last your information will be sent to Built to Last to be used to certify your eligibility, when your application is ready for final review. It is important that you proceed with this action by September 30, 2026, to ensure that your application remains in consideration.
