This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) provides interested contractors with the information required to prepare and submit qualifications for consideration by PHDC to satisfy the need for home rehabilitation services and accessibility modifications to the homes of low-income households in Philadelphia.

Contractors may submit questions regarding this RFQ to George.Russell@phdc.phila.gov. For questions received by the 10th of each month responses will be posted by the 15th of each month on this web page.

DEADLINES

Responses to this RFQ will be accepted on an ongoing basis with PHDC response approximately three months after receipt.  See table below for schedule.
