On Wednesday August 14, at 9am in the Mayor's Reception Room, City Hall, Mayor Kenney will sign two bills which will expedite Philadelphia’s transition to clean energy.

Join the Philadelphia Energy Authority at the General Meeting for the Broad Street West Civic Association at the Marconi Senior Center on August 14th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm to learn about Solarize Philly: a group buying program to make the process of installing solar as easy and affordable as possible.

Join the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) at Parks on Tap on August 15th form 5pm - 8pm in Burholme Park. PEA will have a table at the event with information about  Solarize Philly: a group buying program to make the process of installing solar as easy and affordable as possible. Stop by to say hi, sign up, and get your questions answered at the Solarize Philly table! 

PEA will graduate the fourth cohort of students and interns from the summer solar training program and will an announce the school that the District has selected to host the nation’s first Solar Program of Study for high school students. 

This is an open house-style event where you are encouraged to stop by solarized homes in your neighborhood. The homeowner will be on-hand to show you their solar installation and share about their experience powering their home with clean energy.
